Lainate, September 2020 – Unicoop Tirreno, one of the 9 big italian cooperative consortiums, have chosen Baoli as supplier for logistics in its stores in Tuscany. The 173 trucks fleet delivered to Unicoop is composed by electric EP 12WS pallet trucks, ES 10-N01 stackers and ES 16-N02 stackers, none of which is requiring a dedicated charging room.
Founded in 1945, Unicoop Tirreno counts 3.800 employees and around 600.000 associates with 94 stores in the center of Italy. In 2017 the cooperative started a plan for renewal of the whole fleet of forklift truck; this plan generated a tender.
Unicoop picked Baoli’s offer among all the ones that participated to the tender; and a total of 173 trucks of three different types. ES 10-N01, compact stackers able to move loads up to 1000 kgs, with a 4-point layout and lateral tiller for increasing visibility and stability. ES 16-N02, stackers with capacity of 1600 kgs granting high residual capacities and a perfect visibility through the mast. EP 12WS, an electric pallet truck with 1200 kgs capacity characterized by its light but robust structure and extremely compact dimensions, ideal for working in the narrow spaces present in small shops.
